Lean Achievements Recognized at the Value Creators Summit

As part of the Value Creators Summit, which has been carried out at Yeşim Group for many years, improvement initiatives implemented through a lean thinking approach were once again recognized and awarded. Shaped around a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency, these projects continue to strengthen the lean culture across the organization.

Lean projects developed with Kaizen and PDCA methodologies were evaluated by the Value Creators Committee under two main categories: “Impact That Makes a Difference” and “What We Achieve Together.” In each category, the top three projects were awarded in recognition of their outstanding contributions.

The teams that presented their projects on stage not only shared their knowledge and experience but also inspired others across the organization. By integrating lean thinking into business processes, these initiatives contribute to a sustainable development mindset.
