Yeşim Grup took part in the MMO 10th Kaizen Sharing Event with Four Projects
The 10th Kaizen Sharing Event organized by the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers İzmir Branch was held at İzmir Tepekule Congress and Exhibition Center. Yeşim Group took part in the event, which was attended by representatives from many sectors across Türkiye, with four different projects.
All projects presented within the scope of the event managed to exceed the threshold score by meeting the evaluation criteria. The works supported by the Lean Leadership and Continuous Development team within Yeşim Group were shared with the participants through poster presentations.
Ecollectiv, one of the most striking projects, attracted attention with its approach focusing on supporting women's employment, empowering women and upcycling practices. The project, which stands out with its social responsibility and sustainability dimensions, also attracted the attention of different sector representatives. The event was also attended with projects such as Digitalization Studies in Decision Support Systems in Control and Warehouse Addressing Processes in the field of Production Efficiency; Improvement in Collar Sewing Positions in Tommy Hilfiger Polo Models in the field of Quality Improvement and UA White Collar Dojo & JITR Study in the field of Informatics.
The event was an important meeting point for sharing lean transformation processes and disseminating good practice examples.
