Lean Projects Adding Value to Yeşim Recognized at the DEKA Summit
As part of the 53rd Award-Winning Kaizen Days, the Value Adders (DEKA) Summit was held at the Grand Conference Hall with strong employee participation, led by the Lean Leadership and Continuous Improvement Department of Yeşim Group. Held three times a year, the summit serves as an important meeting point for initiatives that bring the Group's lean culture to the shop floor.
Throughout the year, PDCA projects carried out by different units were evaluated by the DEKA Committee against defined criteria. Successful projects were recognized in the "Game Changers" (Fark Yaratanlar) and "Winning Together" (Birlikte Kazandıklarımız) categories. Awards were presented to the teams that delivered their improvement projects by their managers. By highlighting the efforts of all Yeşim Group employees who reduce waste and increase added value, the summit contributed to the Group's culture of continuous improvement.
